The OR-100MW is a mobile Mechanical Friction Brake pallet wrapper, and is simple and easy to use. This machine can dramatically increase efficiency and profitability through lower film cost per load compared to manual (hand) stretch wrapping. The first machine for wrapping palletized loads of any shape and weight with wrap film without the use of electrical parts. Easy to manoeuvre and move around inside the warehouse. Minimum space requirements.
Standard Features
- Mechanically adjustable film wrap tension (ideal for use with prestretched films).
- Film tensioning with a mechanical brake film carriage.
- Up and down movement of the reel-holder trolley by means of a chain with gear system.
- The film carriage is manually moved up and down using levers to suit the required wrap.
